Yellow Question Marks in control Panel

I had a Dell Dimension 3000 Desktop with XP SP2. I did backed all my data into external drive, went thru the things which are needed to get prepare for a new clean install and then formatted my drive and re-installed the XP SP2. But after reinstalling i am having 3 yellow marks, for Ethernet controller, Multimedia Audio Controller and Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Am mainly concerned with my screen resolution and network driver to connect to internet. So basically STUCK UP !
I went thru one of the post which is similar to my case and the user id "ImnoGuru" had replied to the person resolving his/her error. Would kindly request to help me too to resolve my problem.

I do have the DELL packing slip with me still which lists the following, which might help in guiding me.

Did you reinstall motherboard drivers?

i dont know abt motherboard drivers. where can i find it?
I did r&d to find the drivers for my network card and display drivers and got it installed. yeee
so i now stuck with only Multimedia Audio Controller. I tried installing audio related drivers from dell site, but its of no help.
can you please help me to find the drivers for the same?

Open it, click Computer, then Summary.
In upper menu, go Report>Quick Report-Summary
Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Don't include anything under line Debug - PCI

Thanks. I did downloaded that and ran in my computer..but its not working.its  gives the foll. message :
"Driver not found !Reboot your system, and run this setup again" I tried restarting the m/c and reran the exe..but the same result. The message is really very weird right? as its installing the drivers and itlsef stting that driver not found !!!

I had done the same exercise before with the one which also stated in dell site, but had the same error message.

Dell's only like Dell drivers...it's been this way forever.
Travel to Dell's site...enter your Service Tag # from the rear of the machine and it will list ALL the drivers that machine needs....
Chipset/MBoard drivers ALWAYS go first.

Well i can't clik on those links but there is only one chipset driver set and this is the most important one...DLoad and start with that.
Remember to re-boot after every driver install.
