word document

Every time I  try to get a blank document on word, there are two pages from an old document that keeps coming up so I have to scroll down to a blank page to start my document.  I have no idea what to do to correct this....any suggestions.

It sounds as though your Normal.dot template was accidently modified. If so, you can either find the template file and correct it, or you can delete or rename the template and Word will create a new one.
