Hi I just reinstalled windows xp home and now when I want to scroll web pages it goes slow like the screen is wavy when I scroll on a web page now I can't remember how to fix it so it doesn't do it.

Do you mean your scrolling speed is too slow?

yes when i use the scroll wheel on my mouse the webpage show like a line going across the screen and I'm using windows xp home sp3

Try this.

Go to Control Panel (classic view) --> double click Mouse and browse through the window that pops up.

The funny thing is that my homepage is yahoo and it won't do it there it will only do it here or other websites that I visit I have to see if I can download a driver for my video card

problem fixed I installed my video driver and it works great now. thanks for the help though
