not able to copy folder files

1)   When ever I am trying to copy a folder . Only folder icon gets copied and the files which are there in folder does not come. So what should I do.  Because today when I was trying to copy a folder from my pendrive to my pc only the folder got copied and the inner files didn’t came.

Please help me and give me a solution.

Have you tried restarting the computer yet?

If it still doesn't work, can you try copying them on another computer?

What copy method are you using ? ?
Try right clicking and selecting "send to "...

I had the same problem. And ---- helped me.

But it's not free. Anyhow this thread has been dormant for over 2 years.
