i cannot access one site

my internet is blazing fast and i can access all site no prob, except for one site, which i used to visit constantly. my IP is not banned from the site so i do not know what is wrong any help here? i cant access: http://www.toxic-wow.net

i play WoW on a private server they host and i have to use their server logon.toxic-wow.net to get on. i cannot access this either. i really need some help because i want to play my game  ^_^

ive tried everything, ive flushed my DNS, deleted my cookies and some other stuff >.>


i am really stuck and i need help ASAP

If you think it was a mistake, bring it up with the site administrator.

i am not banned, i emailed the admin and he said my ip is not banned. i can even ping the site i just cant log onto it

Do you use a proxy ? ?
Any firewall installed ? ?

i dont use a proxy, however, when i do use a web based proxy i can access the site. i do not have a firewall besides the  windows one

What Internet Browser are you currently using to get into the website?

Besides deleting your cookies, have you cleared the browser cache?

i am using firefox. how do i clear the browser cache?

Tools --> Clear Private Data --> Uncheck Everything (optional), but leave Cache Checked. Then click Clear Private Data Now.

If that still doesn't work, try Internet Explorer.
