Well, in all three logs, nothing malicious shows up. The only thing that strikes me as odd are these two entries:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{C6F03057-0DEF-4ED3-94B5-F07A7215627D}: NameServer = 167.206.254.2,167.206.254.1
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{DD86BEC9-6954-4F2E-BE87-ABEF0CD479A2}: NameServer = 167.206.254.2,167.206.254.1
You say you have Time Warner, but these belong to Cablevision. Did you have Cablevision in the past? I remember hearing rumors that Time Warner was planning on putting in bids for Cablevision, but I'm fairly certain that hasn't happened yet.
Anyway...although it's a bit odd, the IP numbers are legitimate. If you have had Cablevision in the past, then remove these entries with HijackThis. If not, then you may want to ask Time Warner about it (removing them could break your internet connection, but it's simple to fix if you want to try it).
As for the problem with your e-mail...I don't have a way of knowing if someone is hacking your system because hackers typically don't leave telltale files behind. Only Time Warner can help you to determine this. Keep in mind that it's entirely possible that there is a spambot that is merely disguising itself as you. Without ever gaining access to your computer or anything on it, anyone could pretend to be you. All they have to do is know what your e-mail address is. In this case, all you can really do is warn your friends and get ahold of Time Warner to find out if they could possibly trace the e-mails.
