gfx card not proper

I bought a 9800pro 2 months ago and every game a play has a long lines in the middle of screen  or missing textures or i can just see through walls. i updated drivers to allmost all of the ati and omega drivers, bought a new power supply 450ATX,installed service pack 2 from 1, reformatted, re-installed every game, the card is not over clocked and i did EVERthing i can think of can anyone HELP me?!
my specs:
Hp pavilion a350n
2.80 intel p4 HT
512mb
123gb free out of 160gb
windows SP2

I'm not sure about the RADEON9800, but some AGP gfx cards require that the PCI slot directly below it be empty.  That may be causing a problem, it might not...  Not sure, sorry.

If you've got lines missing it sounds like doddgy pipelines?
I have a 9800SE that can be soft modded to a 9800 pro by enabling the piplines

BUT if the piplelines are damaged you get lines and artifacts on the screen. I'd check where you baught the card


Edit -
"ati and omega drivers" -  the omega drivers are what will mess it up (they enable pipelines that don't nessesarily work) Try the catalist ones

Now run the tests on dxdiag (There should be Direct3D and DirectDraw or something like that)
