9800 not proper

I bought a 9800pro 2 months ago and every game a play has a long lines in the middle of screen  or missing textures or i can just see through walls. i updated drivers to allmost all of the ati and omega drivers, bought a new power supply 450ATX,installed service pack 2 from 1, reformatted, re-installed every game, the card is not over clocked and i did EVERthing i can think of can anyone HELP me?!

2.80 intel p4 HT
512mb
123gb free out of 160gb

Seems you've posted this in every forum but the correct one, Hardware.  I recommend going back and deleting your other posts.

Try reseating your video card.  What has ATI support said about the issue?
