Why can't you open it?  What is the file extension, which program created it?

I have a hp printer when it opens i dont have a file on my computer to read it

  Printers are output devices and as such cannot be read.  Do you mean you cannot use it because there is no driver installed?

i put the cd in the d drive to install the printer, my computer could not open it or read it

It's a Nero Burning ROM disk image file. You don't burn it to a disk as a file, you use nero to make a disk with it. If you don't have Nero, it's useless.
