When i restart my computer and log onto my account, all it does is show my background. It won't load any desktop items or the taskbar. I have tried to run task manager, but that has failed also. This just started happening when I tried to restart my computer (which i had to do quite often because of my internet not working) not that long ago. I have run many virus scans on safemode because i know that my computer had been infected several times before, but still the same thing happens when I restart the computer normally. Everything works fine on the SafeMode, but I cannot do anything on the normal mode. I am practically technologically impaired, and would love some help on this.
