I am trying to set up very specific margins and top/bottom spacing for an online passport application and IE won't let me. I have to print from the explorer window per the sites instructions. The entries I type in keep defaulting back to what IE wants as opposed to what I want.
I am trying to input .25 for the margins and .01 for the top and 0 for the bottom.
    Can it be done?
All and any help is greatly appreciated. I'm under deadline.

Go to File > Page Setup. Bottom left corner of the window should be what you're looking for.

I've gotten that far and have put the values into the proper boxes. What happens is they disappear after I click OK and go to values I didn't input. Is there a method by which I can force the values to stay?

Try File > Print > Preferences. Anything?
