Files corrupt and unreadable

I slaved my harddrive to try and retrieve the files the H PARTITION IS FINE (RECOVERY PARTITION) but the f drive says  files are corrupt and unreadable any way i can fix this

What was wrong with that drive in the first place?

Thanks i did download (recover my files) seems to be working But cost me 60 bucks,Im hoping it will also fix the bad partition

I downloaded a program called recover my files, I wish I read your answer first  I would have saved 70.00 dollars. But too late I was so nervous and this program was the first one I saw. I did work by the way i recovered my pictures,Thanks so much for your help.
