Canon ip4300 - colour cast on printouts
    « on: February 10, 2009, 04:07:33 PM »
My Canon printer is producing an overall magenta cast on any photo or illustration that I print. I can only assume that something is causing the magenta cartridge to operate all the time. But what and why?
I have gone through the printer's cleaning and head alignment several times, but to no avail. The actual print head is around 6 months old, so I don't really think that can be ready for replacement....but who knows? Any advice to help cure this problem would be appreciated

i took out all the other cartridges and just kept  the 32  black.  Change you  printer settings in the control panel
