    My computer got Freeze

    Hi to all,

    Any suggestion how i can troubleshoot my PC. whenever i turn on my PC its always freeze totally from display, keyboard and mouse. but sometimes when i restart maybe 3 to 4 times it can work.

    Does it boot into safe mode ok? Try it a few times then come back and let us know!!

      I already try 3x it didn't freeze in safe mode. When i reboot my PC in normal mode also didn't Freeze but whenever i shutdown and unplugged AC. then power on again that's the time i encounter Freezing problem. do i have a problem in hardware(Video card or Memory)?
