its a gateway laptop modle mx8711 with windows vista home premium 32-bit operating system ive tried (safe mode) (safe mode with networking) (safe mode with command prompt) ( last known good configuration-advanced) and (start windows normally) with and without the operating system disc and or the system recovery disc, ive tried the boot menu f-10 and the bios settings f-2 with or without the disc's and ive done everything i could think of in the phoenix setup utility and no matter what i change it allways goes back to (windows failed to load) help please
