167 no processor bios found HELP!!!!

when I try to load windows ME on my computer I get a 167 no processor bios found.  I don't even know what this means???it won't let my windows ME to restart during my OS load.

hello,
shut ur comp down en look at ur proses, make shure all the pin are in tack and streight and the prosses is cliped onto the mb firmly, try that first then at least ull know for sure
