i use a wireless keyboard, hence no light to show caps lock on, for example when i put in passwords, you cannot see that you have type in capitals or lower case, so you only know when the message tells you your caps lock is on, this is frustrating, does any one know if it is possible to have a setting so you know the caps lock is on, for example a setting that will show up on your screen to say caps lock is on.

It was removed by a mod to prevent spam.

I'm surprised some manufacturers do this. Not the first time I've seen it though.

Actually the link was direct to an .exe...

That and the WOT score for the link wasn't that healthy either.

I wireless keyboard can, indeed, have a light. However, it may be on the wireless receiver unit rather than on the keyboard.  So, take at look at your receiver unit. And, depending on your keyboard software, you may be able to enable on-screen display when Caps Lock is turned on or off.  My Logitech software has that feature; the on-screen display of "Caps Lock On" or "Caps Lock Off" stays on screen for about 3 seconds and then disappears.

You might also like a audible tone when turning Caps Lock on or off.  To enable it, go to Control Panel, open Accessibility Options, and check the box for ToggleKeys.
