clients can't open sites server opens

i use win xp 20005 os.the problem here is my server can access all sites but when it comes to clients on the network,they can not access some sites  as sever.an eample of such site is hotmal.my server can access hotmail at all times but my clients can't.it is very irritating.can some one pls tell me what to do?

Sounds like a firewall or proxy restriction to me.
