Most Visited Websites Loading Slowly?

Hello everyone, if anyone could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it...

All of my most visted websites (yahoo, etc. ) are suddenly loading really slowly, while all other websites are loading fine...Does anyone know what the problem is?

Try tools>internet options>Delete Browsing History> delete Temporary Internet Files
