Getting RunDLL error relating to MAILMAPI.DLL

I am encountering a problem whenever I click a hyperlink that should automatically open Outlook and create a new email.

i am getting a RUNDLL error that says:

Error loading C:\Program Files\MSN\MSNSharedFiles\MAILMAPI.DLL

Specified module cannot be found

how can I repiar this?
