    Problem installing Logitech Optical Mouse

     Mouse install keeps asking for Service pack 3 CD don't have it ,  tried XP home edition disk, didn't help.  Any other ideas ???

    what kind of mouse do you have? (USB or PS/2 and what model is your Logitech mouse?)

      Mouse is a Logitech LX-3  USB  Problem seems to
      be in installing the SetPoint software, included in the program

        ccharold, If there is some relevance to a requirement for service pack 3 it is NOT a "cd" . If you do need it go to the following microsoft web site and download it.

          TruNorth- I know SP-3 is not a CD but that is what the screen that comes up says, and already have SP3 installed,  Mouse seems to work OK but can't finish program install.
