Ok so iam going to start back when it happen. First of all i was downloading a game for the pc. I go downstairs to get something to eat and i come back up and my screen has the blue error thing. I dont usually get this error. So i restart my computer and it says that it cant find the hard drive or something like that... so i decided to restart again and it worked this time but... it got to the Windows screen where the bar is moving across the screen and it stayed there for like 5 minutes. Then it loaded up... I was happy that it finally worked so i decided to play a Call of duty 5 and when i clicked on the shortcut the game took very long to load up and all my programs are taking long to load. Not just during startup. I dont know why this is happening please help.

4 Gigabytes of ram
360 Hard drive space

YOu sure its malware? The game i was downloading was Team Fortress 2 from Steam i dunno if that can give malware.

System Restore didnt do anything. MY computer takes for ever to get past the black windows Loading screen then it loads fast. But then programs take forever to load into. Mostly games or stuff not much.

tried to go back to june 1 but it failed then i tried to go back farther and it failed. Ok so i noticed that when i click on a program... i was watching task messenger when i did. The program will go not responding when it freezes. Almost every single program i click does this. Also i forgot to mention that i uninstalled bitdefender the same day this happened if that is worth anything.

I'm not as knowledgeable as many of the people here but I can give you some advice that may or may not improve your situation. First of all get rid of all those toolbars you are running like google and yahoo. They slow your system down. I was in a similar situation as you and ended up using malware bytes to remove my problem malware. It may not help but it may just solve your problems. It's worth a try anyway.
