Hi all i am new and require some assistance in fixing my problem i have with a cbm231 printer, i intend to use this printer on a xp laptop for printing race night tickets.
The problem is it will not print or it only prints ? over and over until i switch the printer off, i contacted citizen and they said to ensure the baud rates are the same (dont have a clue where to look for them on the comp) i downloaded the user manuals and it says the baud is 600.
I am using a usb to parallel adapter as the parallel cable will not work either.
Can any one please assist me in getting this printer to work because i am ready to throw it in the bin.
