Ran Superantispyware and now windows will not load. Blue Screen

This was my original issue.  I followed the steps provided before posting my logs here.  After I ran superantispyware and restarted; windows will not reboot.  When I try to get into any form of safe mode I get the blue screen that says UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME.  Any help would be appreciated.

go here and read , wait for an expert , from what i've read in past posts a blue screen is bad and you need

 a lot of help , your header below add blue screen to it
