Author Topic: getting "no profile created" notice when attempting to forward a page  (Read 2357 times)

Whenever forwarding a page that I am viewing to another person, I have always just clicked on "page" on the command bar(upper right) and then clicked on either "send link by email" or "send page by email"  and it has always worked fine.  Recently, whenever I try to do this, I get a notice that says "No profile created-To create a profile click on mail icon in control panel."  I clicked on "control panel" then "user accounts" then "mail" and it does indeed show no profiles.  Can someone instruct me on how to create a profile that might fix this problem?  I would also be interested to know why this suddenly started happening.  Please forgive me if I have not explained this well.  I am certainly no computer whiz, but do know a little about it.  Thanks in advance for your help!
