My drive d: is not acessible Acess is DEnied..

any body can help me here... after this command with doscommand XCOPY MEL D: /O    my hardrive d: is not acessible Acess is DEnied.. and no longer to access but  in disk management detectecd my hardisk but cant open.. 

did i damage my drive? ownership and ACL information?

how to solve this please............

Can you please make your post a little clearer. What have you done to your drive? Whats happening? Can you give us your full system specifications.
