I need help!!!!!!!!!
My HP Pavilion ZT3340us laptop discharges every week and I cannot stop it. I took it to my computer repairman and he found a broken wire for the power connection. I also bought a new battery and had the ac adapter checked. I have Internet Explorer and use Windows XP. Is this a setting problem or is it a problem with the motherboard or something else? I am getting very fustrated with this problem because it never happed before. It has been happening just lately. Please help me
