    Capture Initialization Error?

    Trying to use a Black Magic Intensity Pro capture card but can't get a capture image. I get this Capture Initialization Error when selecting capture mode. What would cause this?

      Are the settings for the card correct?

      What program are you using?

      Are you using the driver from the disk?

      Have you tried updating drivers from thier website?
