Computer will only start up in Safe Mode
    « on: August 27, 2009, 05:29:47 PM »
Will not boot anymore in regular Windows XP SP3.  Last time I was able to tried to run hijackthis, ccleaner (which worked) and malwarebytes.  Nothing launched besides ccleaner.  I was only able to grab a log file in safe mode.  I'm hoping this will help.

Internet explorer keeps redirecting to other websites and I think there are major registry errors.

If someone could please take a look and advise me of what my next step would be would be greatly appreciated.

Go here for process tool analysis of your HJT log, follow directions for cleaning.
