Try one of these... or a good hex-editor.

You can use the following editor for resource editing in an dll

        http://download.softpedia.com/dl/f07e578ca6e9e92185aa5303535b84e4/4ae962a2/100001520/software/programming/ResHack.zip

It allows you to change the resources contained in an dll file.

Another hex editor is given below
        http://www.heaventools.com/files/02ca8463/PE.Explorer_setup.exe

Hope these will help you a lot.......

Do you know what a DLL is? And how they are made?

You may want to do a little reading to get a better handle on what you are trying to ask.

By the way, why do you want to edit a DLL?

you don't edit a dll file. you need either the source code and an understanding of the language or a very strong background in assembly language, the win32api and countless other things (including not ending every second sentence with "lolz")
