hi guys!
i don't know how to interface an LCD to the serial port of my pc. many of them extend their help to only windows95 or 98. i need help on how to use it in windows-xp...

Duplicate posts have been deleted, this will be the main post.

Reguarding this question it almost sounds as if the Satish may be trying to connect the LCD to their Serial port. If this is the case you will not be able to do this, the LCD or any display is only going to connect to the Video port (VGA/SVGA/Etc.) If you're trying to connect a Apple or other type of monitor that is not a IBM compatible monitor you will need to purchase an adapter from the LCD manufacturer (if compatible).
