Problem to run setup program

When I Run any setup.exe or installation.exe
Setup not run . and in installation folder file are create 1. setup.exe (type shortcut) capacity 4.0 mb or 5.mb ….  etc. and    2. setup.sql
And antivirus stat up program has stop. Task manager not working . when I press alt+Crtl+del task manager program open and close within a second. Any body help me pls.

    you're very much infected by viruses, i recomend you to download kaspersky removal tool, go to safe mode and run the antivirus tools.

    alaabelbeisi the experts like to see the above completed before they help out , you cannot

    say he has a virus with out seeing logs
