This is a Toshiba Satellite L355-S7915 laptop with an internal network adapter that a dial up phone cord will not plug in to. I want to keep the network adapter in place but I need to connect this PC to a dial up connection.
What is the best way to do this?
I am thinking a USB dial up modem like this
but I have no experience with doing this so I'm asking.
TIA
Mike

That should work fine for you.  I had to check the specs on your laptop, they are good.

Thank's Q. I'll order it tommorrow.
Gee, I forgot how slow dial-up is.  :'(
Back to cable soon though.  :)
See ya.

No problem, sorry for the late reply, but work's been hectic.
