    Word document and conversion to PDF

    I have a word document. In the menu bar I've 'Adobe PDF'. On clicking on 'Adobe PDF' I can see an item 'Convert to Adobe PDF'. On selecting this item, I'm asked to save the 'PDF' file but after a few moments my word document closes and the PDF file is also not created.
