My brother was removing some programs/software to make his computer faster and free up space except afterwards he can't get onto the internet. He thinks he may have removed something that affects it. Could someone please help as I don't want him stealing my laptop all the time.
it's a toshiba (satellite i think) with 160GB space, 2GB RAM, Windows Vista OS.
He tried system restore but nothing has happened and he has no more restore points or backups.
Is there a computer "refresh" thing that can like restore the laptop to its original state?
