    cache/offline.html error

    recently whilst running i.e 8, I am getting the following error at regular times...

    Cannot find
    'file///C:/Users/Steve/AppData/Local/Temp/Low/FCTB000058819/cache/offline.html'. Make sure path or Internet address is correct.


    I have confirmed that the file  'offline.html'  does NOT exist at the posted location....

    Thoughts..???

      Hmm...!

      I'm running Vista....

      I was under ther impression that Vista doesn't have 'Active Desktop'... It was replaced with Windows sidebar.
      (which is running without fault.. and no new gadgets have been added in over a year)
