I used to have it in two horizontal rows - I like to work w/many windows open. Then one day my screen changed, and trying to get it back, I clicked randomly and I must have changed something.
Since then I cannot get the two horizontal rows which I can see at the same time.
My toolbar is UNlocked.
I know how it should be done - find the little up-down arrow, click and raise the bar. Doesn't work.
Appreciate any help.
