Application cannot be executed. The file ****.exe is infected

Im not very sure what to do , i cannot open anything without this happening and internet explorer is directed to a antivirus site. Ive tried rkill and cant seem to get it to work , pls help me. =(

Go to this link to create a Rescue CD or to this site to create a Rescue USB. Carefully follow all the instructions for whichever method you choose.
