Reduced size network card

I have a Dell 4600C that has a bum, integrated network jack. I need to add a network card, but apparently need a reduced size card. Any ideas in make and model that would fit my PC?

I believe Realtek makes even smaller NIC half the size of that Low profile NIC you showed. However, I can not think of the name at the moment.
