    I can't delete A file in my Program files

    For some reason I need permission on my computer to delete a file o-0 which I dont get because im the owner of the computer...
    Because you can't spell slaughter without laughter.

    Anybody can  own a computer.

    The ability to modify software on the computer is limited. Each time you install software there is information that tells  you this and you checked a box that confirms you read it. You must have forgot what it said.

    Leave it be unless there is a compelling reason to change it.

    If it is a virus, then please provide more information.

    Delete it in safemode...
    If that does not work use killbox...
