If you go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/,  it will either confirm that you have Flash Player installed and tell you what version you have, or, if you do not have it, it displays a link to install it.

Flash activex for IE on Windows 7 and below
Code: [Select]
http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_22_active_x.exe Don't download if using 8/8/1 or 10; this gets updated automatically

Flash plugin for all non-IE browsers, except Chrome, on all versions of Windows
Code: [Select]
http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_22_plugin.exe
When you paste the link in your address bar, you will get the download window immediately. This downloads a slim version so you don't have to uncheck/untick the "extras" that Adobe tries to tack on to the install.
