More info is needed.
What operating system are you using?
What is the exact error you're getting?
Have you installed the drivers for your motherboard?
Have you checked for a newer sound driver online?

I am using microsoft windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. And i install all the motherboard driver, and i try the newer version of the sound card driver and still i cant install the sound card. I download the driver from the asus website. The error is, Microsoft Bus Driver should be loaded in your system before installing the Realtek HD Audio Driver.

Go Asus's website and download THEIR driver and install that. Then update. Sounds like you need to flash your bios as well
