Title: flicker

when i move the screen up and down with the mouse while online the page only goes so far at a time and looks like it is flickering.was ok before a total reinstall

Operating System? Have you tried runnign a Windows Update? Have you tried updating your video card drivers?

done windows update not sure how to update video card

obtain them from the videocard manufacturer. Follow their instructions.
