How much ram are you installing?

You need to list the motherboard make and model.

Okay, that's 8GB of ram, not 8MB.  I haven't seen that small an amount of ram in over 14 years.  :)

It doesn't matter if all of the ram is from the same manufacturer.  Some people will argue with that, they just don't know what they are doing.

Yes, you will need to populate all four of the slots on the motherboard.  If I understand you correctly you have four sticks of ram?

That should work fine, you may need to change the sequence of the ram, but should work just fine.

You did put thermal paste on the CPU when you did that right?

Sorry to hear that, I absolutely detest welding, at least it will give you a break.

Yes I put the thermal grease on the cpu I read the instructions ten times before I even started this today and another four times while doing it.
lo and behold they even have left hand threads on the cooler mounting bracket not listed in the instructions and they didnt say to put the mounting screws on the bracket first eighter, glad i did a test install before actually gettnrdone.

I just wanted to check that, you'd be surprised how many times the thermal paste gets overlooked.
