hi, i canot get on computer chat anymore,, i keep getting a box coming up which says.
internet explorer has encountered a problem, do you want to send error report, if i click yes, it just goes off line, i am useing windows xp,, can you make it simple for me to correct this problems as i am recovering from a stroke, so am a bit slow, thankyou

What is your Antivirus program?

try resetting internet explorer following Microsoft's instructions from this website:
