Title: Anyone out there that can help!
Post by: JELLOJIGGLER on April 21, 2005, 08:22:03 AM
Hey everyone

I'm new to this site....so hopefully someone can help

I'm running Windows XP Pro....the problem is that when I try to boot up, my computer will only go as far as viewing the wallpaper...nothing else. Then a error message appears say this:

Explorer.exe - unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because Browseui.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Now I've tried pressing F8 to boot up in Safe mode, also tried to use best last known configuration and still the same thing! I thought I'd ask around to see if I could fix it myself before I bring it in to a professional.

That option is not available right now.
