Title: HTML display in windows not android

I wrote a HTML with links and when you point your mouse pointer to where you want to go on the HTML page it will take you there but when you open a HTML document  on android all you get is the text, is there any way to get it to display on android as on windows?

Are you opening the document with a browser on Android?  Should work the same.
