Title: internet access once page has loaded

Can anyone help !   I'm having problems accessing websites after they come up on the display page. When I click onto a website that  I'd like to go into nothing happens and it looks like IE freezes. I can access websites from the favoutite bar. Is there something blocking me from entering via main page. I'm not really that experienced on pc so if you can help please don't be too technical ! Many thanks for looking.

Try to open this site with another browser. Also it may error in some script on the page.

Thanks maximus. I tried to do this with another browser and it did the same thing, so ended up using system restore which seems to have worked....for now ! Once again many thanks for your advice.
