I use XP with Firefox modzilla and Explorer. Recently when I open my Modzilla a message comes up about some of the script may have a problem (sorry I'm at work and the problem is on my home computer so I can't remember exactly what it says) and gives me the choice to "stop script" or "continue". If I hit continue the window will close and then nothing will happen. If I hit stop script the window will close and Firefox will open and function just fine. I hardly use explorer but it opens without issue.
My question is, could this be something that can be solved easily or does it represent something major is wrong. The only anti virus software I use is ad-aware. I update and scan regularly.

hmmmm so there is a script running everytime ff started that makes it close mabye dont run the script and look in your addons to see if theres anything

I will have a look in the options when I get home from work (it's still lunch time where I am). I haven't made any changes....so what should I be looking for?
Thanks.
-
well you should be looking for any addon you didnt install or anything like that in the tools addons folder
-
aha.... so this script you say is running could be a plug in that's having problems.... I remember I tried to download a weather plug-in on firefox a while ago...
I'll check it out...
Thanks for your help.

Most likely, it has nothing to do with you.
Message like this one is usually web page server fault - the traffic is bigger, than it can take.

While you are working on your FF issue, you may want to get proper anti-virus/anti-spyware protection.
Avast! is a good, free program that combines anti-virus & anti-spyware: http://www.avast.com/eng/download.html
Best of luck!

I noticed that the OP used this spelling: "Modzilla" with a 'd'. I assumed at first it was a simple spelling error but then I did a Google and found that there is a scam site thus named which says that if you "subscribe" you can download "Modzilla Firefox" and also get a "free security course". It looks like a scam of some sort. It may involve some kind of malware. Only get Firefox from the official site.

I forgot to mention, it should be spelled MOZILLA if it is genuine!

Completely my fault. Mozilla is what I have not Modzilla. Sorry for any confusion. ....Anyway I'm at home now. I opened me "Mozilla" browser and this is what the window says.
