I accidentally pressed some keys and it locked my trackpad. Acer aspire one zg5 windows XP service pack 2.

Click start (orb)> select control panel> select hardware and sound> select mouse> your mouse and touchpad software window will open ... touchpad tab were you can turn it back on or reset to default as well as adjustments to your devices. ....

Many laptops have certain keystroke combinations that lock and unlock the track pad so if you are typing and accidentally bump the track pad nothing happens. I'd check your manual for those keystroke commands. If you don't have a manual, check Acer's site for those commands.
